Thorough Tenant Screening

Finding the right tenant is one of the most important aspects of successful property management. Our comprehensive screening process includes credit, criminal background and eviction history checks, together with verification of references and other relevant application information.

We also communicate directly with prospective tenants as part of the qualification process, giving us a more complete picture than an application alone can provide.

Once our screening is complete, we present the application and supporting information to you, together with our assessment, so that we can discuss the applicant’s suitability. The final decision on whether to approve a tenant always remains with you.
