Lowest maintenance and repair costs. We deliver on this promise every day by keeping in regular contact with our tenants and make sure preventive maintenance is performed routinely to avoid surprise repairs. When there is an issue, we handle first-level troubleshooting in-house and only send out contractors to fix a specific problem. This cuts out all those expensive “diagnostic” service calls that drain your maintenance budget without providing any real value.

Lowest rehab and renovation costs. As extremely high-volume investors ourselves, we negotiate bulk discount rates with local contractors that other firms just can’t match. While technically our GC’s are independent, we send them so much business that they’re working exclusively on our projects. This allows us to consistently undercut any other rehab quote by 10% and pass the savings on to our clients.
