Tenants Relations

Round Room will seamlessly handle all aspects of tenants relations, including but not limited to identifying and extensively screening potential tenants, collecting rent payments, coordinating moving in and out, and being their point of contact for maintenance and 24/7 emergencies. Our tenant portal system makes paying rent and communicating with management easy and convenient.

Maintenance and Inspections

At Round Room, we thoroughly inspect your property prior to move in and at move out. We are equipped to handle maintenance issues of every size and skill, as well as recurring items like landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal. Our 24/7 maintenance emergency and lockout service will give you peace of mind knowing your property is being looked after at all hours of the day and night.

Leasing

Potential tenants are extensively screened and after acceptance, Round Room will generate and execute professional leases. All materials related to the application process and leasing documents are organized and stored on hand for quick access at any time.

Bookkeeping

Rents collected are directly deposited into owner accounts at the beginning of each month. Owners are given access to our online owner portal. We are equipped to disperse any one-time or recurring bill payments. Clear and organized monthly and annual financial statements are provided to keep track of profits, expenditures and for tax purposes.
