Working with the Board of Directors, an assigned Licensed Community Manager (CAM) assists with all facets of Community Management. This CAM will be assigned several properties in their portfolio to work with.
Services include: all financial services, Board Meeting Attendance, Committee Attendance, Property Inspections (ARC and Violations), legal compliance (notices, mailings, etc.) vendor management, project engagement, etc.

Home Watch Services
This service is for Homeowners.
If you are a snowbird, or leave your property for months at a time, let PCAM Group be your 'eyes and ears' while you are away.
We visit the property as frequently as requested and provide digital reporting, including pictures of the home interior and exterior, to alert the homeowner as to the condition of the property.
If needed, we are also happy to assist with any repairs or maintenance issue that may arise from these inspections.
Drone Services
Primarily for "Before" and "After" storm events, our team of licensed drone pilots will document the condition of the property before and after storms or hurricanes.
Communities may also document their property before and after projects to show the homeowners progress for their communities.
