We maintain a compact footprint of managed properties.  This enables us to visit each property more frequently. Localized service allows us to be more responsive to your properties’ needs.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our main line (916.822.4282) is the central hub that all of our clients, tenants, and vendors call.  There is no confusing phone tree or AI messaging system.  Just the live, friendly voices of our in-house team. Your primary contact will be a licensed Property Manager. You will have their direct cell phone number and email  for efficient communication. They will provide you with monthly statements and oversee the leasing, inspection, maintenance, accounting, and budgeting processes.  

LEASING

All vacant units are shown in person with our trained Leasing Specialists.  We do not use self-showing lockboxes, as they pose potential risk and liability for your property. All applications are processed in-house and all of our tenants are highly vetted. Screening right makes all the difference!  As a result, we consistently maintain a vacancy factor (under 1.5%) and a low eviction record (under 1%).

MAINTENANCE

Braun Properties staff includes in-house maintenance that can address minor maintenance items for a fraction of the cost of hiring a third party vendor.  When work requires an outside vendor, we use small to medium sized Sacramento based specialists.  

COMMUNITY  

Braun Properties is engaged in the community in which we live and work.  We are active with the Rainbow and East Sacramento Chamber of Commerces and with the non-profit The National Association of Residential Property Managers, California Apartment Association, and California Association of Community Managers.
