About Harbor Management Services
For more than 35 years, Harbor Management Services, Inc. has helped South Florida communities run smoothly, protect their property values, and stay compliant. Founded by Michelle and Raymond Van Hook, we are a family owned company based in Homestead, and today we manage roughly 50 condominium and homeowners associations across Miami-Dade County and the Florida Keys.
We specialize in associations governed by Florida Statutes Chapter 718 and Chapter 720. As the laws governing community associations continue to evolve, including recent changes to milestone inspections, structural integrity reserve studies, financial reporting, and official records, our licensed Community Association Managers keep your board informed and your association on solid ground.
Our services include financial management and accounting, budget preparation, collections, violations and architectural review, vendor and maintenance coordination, meeting and election administration, and records management. Owners and board members enjoy 24/7 access to financials, documents, and account information through our online portal.
