Over twenty six years ago, Juan Creixell, President of CSA Management, had a vision. He saw manicured lawns surrounded by scrubby landscapes, thriving communities in abandoned apartment complexes and fresh paint on dilapidated buildings. Today CSA Management manages properties in Austin, Salado, San Marcos, and Mexico that range from five hundred thousand to five million dollars in value. That is more than one million square feet of property totaling nearly sixty million dollars.
