• Go green with Avalon. Our green goal is to be paperless, and we are well on our way by offering tenants and owners' online payments, emailing statements, and accepting electronic vendor invoices.
• We've negotiated reduced rates from our trusted vendors and pass along the cost-savings to our owners. We never add a fee onto a vendors invoice, and every vendor invoice is viewable anytime via the Owners Portal.
• NO Reserve required. We do not require a minimum reserve to be escrowed for repairs. Instead, most owners elect to have repair fees deducted from the rental payment.
• We pass the savings onto you with reduced management fees year over year.
