Full Value Properties is committed to providing outstanding real estate management services at very competitive prices. We manage single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. You never pay for advertising, marketing or a setup fee at Full Value Properties.

Let us assist you with the following services:

Leasing - A licensed and experienced leasing agent is available to take calls and show rental properties seven days a week during normal business hours, excluding holidays. All sign and advertising calls go directly to the leasing agent's cellular telephone, not to an answering service.

Marketing - We provide marketing and advertising at no cost to you. We place a Full Value rental sign on your property. Your home is included on the Full Value website, Facebook and Twitter. We advertise our website on Google and Bing. We advertise your home on Trulia.com, Zillow.com and Postlets.com. You also have the option of having your home listed on the local MLS.

Tenant Screening - We carefully screen each applicant by doing a thorough background check; including a full credit report, an unlawful detainer search (eviction), reference checks, employment and income verification, and other inquiries as necessary.

Lease Forms - For all of our owners' properties we provide the most up to date leasing and legal forms available. The forms we use are provided by the California Apartment Association and the California Association of Realtors.

Property Inspections - All properties are inspected on a specific schedule. There is an initial inspection at the time the property is placed under our management or when there is a change of tenant. There are also periodic exterior inspections. An annual interior inspection of properties is done as needed.

Accounting - A computerized statement of expenses and income for each property along with the owner's draw is provided to each client on a monthly basis. All property funds are maintained in a bank trust account. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available to all of our property owners at no cost. On-line rent payment is also available to our tenants at no cost.

Maintenance and Repairs - We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies. We arrange for and supervise all authorized maintenance and repairs. We hire only the most qualified personnel who are insured and licensed (as necessary).
