Property Management Fees

You don't pay anything until the property is rented and the tenant is paying rent!

• 8% of the gross monthly rent(multi property discounts available)
• No up-front fees for account set-up, advertising, documentation fees and no add-ons
• Payments are sent to the property owners before the 15th of each month
• Communicate with owners on the handling of repairs. These services are adjusted to your needs (within reason)

  • Applicants fill out detailed application
  • Credit report/criminal record / background checks all may be used
  • Current and previous landlords are contacted to check previous rental history
  • Nationwide eviction records, if they exists, are also a part of our reporting.
  • We verify job status, with employer 
  • Owner makes all tenant acceptance decisions!
  • All security deposits are held in our Escrow (Trust) Account or held by owner.
