Bridge City Properties, LLC charges the following for these services

 

    •    The base management fee is 9.0% of the monthly rent with a minimum fee of $150.00 (discounts on multiple doors)

    •    NO start-up fee

    •    $500 - $1000 to turn-over a vacancy and place a new tenant

Additionally, we require you keep $500.00 ‘on reserve’ held in our clients’ trust-account. These funds remain available in the case we have bills on the property without rental funds to pay those bills. You may request a higher reserve amount. 

All fees and terms are subject to our separate Property Management Agreement.
