As a locally owned & operated company, Kirkpatrick Management Company's (KMC) Condominium/ Homeowner Association (CONDO/HOA) division focuses on providing excellent service to our customers. When we assume responsibility for an association we have five (5) primary goals in mind:

2. To make it easy for homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors.
3. To protect the assets of the association.

KMC takes a local approach to management of our associations. Our Financial and Maintenance departments are "in house". We keep our association's bank accounts local. Our Accounting Manager is local and available to meet with the board. Our Association Property Managers are experienced, knowledgeable, and live in our communities.
