Scott Stormo, Property Manager

Hello! My name is Scott Stormo.  I has been a licensed realtor/Property Manager since 2006 and have owned my own rentals before then.  I have experience with all types of properties from condos and apartments to single family homes, I know that your properties are important to you. I live and grew up in the Litchfield area.  In my free time I enjoy exploring state and national parks and spending time with friends and family at the Lake.  Seeing the beauty of mother nature is relaxing to me.  I enjoy finding good renters and making sure they have a good experience with us and I'm not afraid to be the bad guy if something needs to be remedied.  

Pam Lamb, Marketing Manager

Hello! My name is Pam Lamb. I am the Marketing Manager for Stormo Property Management (SPM) and am licensed realtor. I enjoy the advertising portion of the rental business and searching for the next great tenants for us to work with.  My husband and I live in Annandale where we raised our twin daughters.  Both of our daughters are registered nurses working in the St Cloud area.  We cannot be more proud of our girls!

 

Some of my duties with Stormo Property Management (SPM) are: 

 

  • Marketing our rental properties through online venues, social media and print. Currently we advertise on over 20 social media and online venues
  • Responds to potential tenant requests for more information via phone, text and or email
  • Pre-screen potential renters
  • Setting appointments to tour rental properties
  • Finding new and innovative ways to market rentals properties

 

Amanda Eakins, Project Manager

Hello! My name is Amanda Eakins. I am the Project Manager for Stormo Property Management.  I enjoy working with all our Property owners and our Tenants. I want to ensure that any maintenance and repairs done to your homes are always completed in a timely manner and but also in a correct way to keep you safe and happy. I moved to Annandale a year ago from the cities. We have a beautiful blended family with 8 kids, ranging from Kindergarten to College. We are an active sports family. Being a mom has taught me how to be a professional multi-tasker, very detailed oriented and completing tasks on time is very important to me.  I take these traits to my professional life and I will be sure to carry those on to helping all our clients.
