We started managing as investors for over 30 years and currently have 76-units of our own units. We began 3rd party management over 14-years ago to address the concerns we felt with the management industry and found a special niche in small to midsized association management. Besides our years of ownership experience, RedStar offers the following as part of its fee:

• Onsite management of contractors
• Oversight of Capital Improvements from Bid to Completion
• Collection and Deposit of Assessment Income
• Basic Bookkeeping with Monthly Statements (or upon request)
• Fielding of Resident concerns, board consultation and scheduling of repairs
• Payment of all Property Expenses including: maintenance, utilities and professional fees
• Enforcement of  Building Rules and Regulations
• Annual Budget Preparation and Presentation
• Association Meeting Organization and Advisory Role
• Routine Maintenance Checks (We suggest an annual or bi-annual walk-through) with monthly informal walk-throughs
• Resident Payment Portal for Online Payment & Condo Document Download
