  • The screening process begins with an online application. If the applicant meets the criteria for the property, the application is then evaluated further by our team, which is when we verify the information on the application by requesting supporting documents.

Owners can regularly check their financial status by logging into their Owner Portal.  

Evictions Process

  • At Gulf Income Properties, through our tenant screening system, the risk of having to evict a tenant is low. However, Gulf Income Properties is partnered with lawyers in the community to ensure a smooth eviction process if the need arises.
