These are the services I offer:

My fees are simple. 6% of gross rent for management services, and 1/2of first month rent for new placements. I do not have hidden admin fees and I do not markup maintenance, which is a conflict of interest. I do offer promotional rates for new clients.
I have been a full time property manager for 2 years and manage a portfolio of 150 units. I am a licensed CA real estate Broker and a graduate of the MBA program at CSU East Bay. Prior to my real estate career, I was a business owner and an Officer in the U.S. Army.
