We would love to add your property to our management portfolio and help you grow.  We are a local management company that currently manages 60 units in the Boston area.  Our primary areas where you will find our properties are Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Watertown, Somerville, Newton, Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, and Framingham.  

 

Aside from giving you peace of mind, our main goal is to maximize your rent, keep maintenance costs reasonable, place strong tenants, and keep your vacancy rate at 0%.  We don't treat our clients as just coordinating maintenance and rent collection, we see it as a business partnership, since the better the properties perform, the better we perform together.  We do not charge anything if the properties are vacant. 

 

We offer competitive management rates, we are fully insured, we carry high limit liability insurance, and workman's compensation insurance.  We are also real estate agents who work at Compass, which is one of the biggest publicly traded real estate companies in the country.  This means we have excellent resources to help place tenants and make sure we are in tune with the market when it comes to the pricing of the properties.  

 

When it comes to more complex scenarios like evictions, working on rehabs post disasters, problems with condo associations or neighbors, full renovations, and likekind issues, we can help in those fields as well.  We work with many reliable vendors that we have many years of experience working with and we have some workers who are part of our team on contract.  We also speak many different languages ranging from Portugese, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Turkish.
