We are a full service property management company that only charges a flat fee of 10% of rental income.  We do not have marketing fees, tenant finding fees, start up fees, etc.  We will completely screen prospective tenants and make sure only the strongest candidates are selected into the units that we manage. We handle move in/move out inspections, work orders, contracts/re-contracts, etc. We also send monthly owner statements and have great communication with our owner clients.
