Licensing: We handle all licensing requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and giving you peace of mind.  Inventory Management: Our meticulous inventory management ensures that your property is well-equipped and ready to meet guest needs.  A representative from our company will personally check on the property monthly to check on basic maintenance, inventory and cleanliness.

Our fee is 15% of the gross bookings plus 100% of the cleaning fees.  We take full responsibility for the cleaning.  We use that money to clean the residence.  Sometimes we make a couple of bucks and sometimes we lose a couple of bucks.  Within the next year or so, we will have 100% of the cleaning in house.  So a representative will be there every single time it is cleaned.
