GUARANTEES AND PLEDGES TO YOU

Stress Free Rent Pledge  – We stand by our pledge to place the best tenants, but if a tenant doesn’t perform and needs to be evicted, West End will cover up to $1000.00 in eviction/legal/court costs on your behalf.

Stress Free Pet Pledge – Sometimes pets make mistakes, so West End will cover up to $1,000, above and beyond the security deposit, for any damages caused by approved pets during their tenancy.

Price Match Promise - We promise to match any property management fee offer from any other company in St. Louis (with acceptable verification).

Happiness Guarantee - We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.

Results Benefit - With our Results Benefit, you don’t pay us a penny until we find a willing and able applicant that you approve of.  This gives you the comfort of knowing our interests are aligned completely with our landlords and we don’t get paid until you do! Our monthly management fee is based on rent collected so if a tenant fails to pay, we don’t collect a management fee, until they do!
