MIDCITI Property Management is based in New Braunfels and services all surrounding counties. We are a division of MIDCITI Realty, a real estate brokerage in business for more than 8 years. Broker/Owner/Senior Property Manager Chad Barton is a US Navy Veteran and graduate of Sam Houston State University with more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Chad lives in New Braunfels with his wife and children, and is directly involved in all aspects of the business. From preparing your property for the market, placing a well qualified tenant, and overseeing the day to day management, Chad will be personally available to you at any time. 

We coordinate the changing out of HVAC filters in all of the properties we manage, offer pest control services, and an HVAC service program, all at no cost to you.

Our in house maintanance team allows us to often save our clients money by avoiding the hiring of expenseive third party service companies for simple tasks. 

Our management fees are around 7% (with a cap of $250) for most homes and we only collect once a tenant has been placed.

Our leasing fee is 65% of the first months rent.

That's it. No fee's for inspections, invoices, and we don't mark up invoices.
