I’m Dylan Boswell, Owner of KindHost. When you work with KindHost, you work directly with me. I personally oversee every property we manage and serve as your day-to-day property manager, ensuring your investment receives hands-on attention and professional oversight.

KindHost is a boutique property management company serving Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Brentwood, Mar Vista, Westwood, and the Westside of Los Angeles. We specialize in full-service residential property management for single-family homes, condominiums, and small multifamily properties.

Our services include long-term rental management, furnished and mid-term rentals, leasing and marketing, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, rent collection, accounting, and financial reporting. We manage the entire lifecycle of your rental property while maintaining clear communication and transparency with owners.

I bring over a decade of real estate experience and hold a degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. I have been involved in the management and oversight of nearly $1 billion in commercial and residential real estate assets. As Director of Investments at Columbus Capital, I handled leasing, acquisitions, and asset management for large portfolios, which gives me the perspective of both an investor and an operator.

We proactively coordinate maintenance, obtain competitive vendor bids, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clear financial reporting so owners always know how their property is performing.
