Matt began investing in and selling real estate in the Los Angeles area in the 1980s. Prior to pursuing a full-time career in the real estate field, he founded and developed one of Southern California’s largest direct marketing and fulfillment companies. In 1995, he sold his interest in that company to concentrate solely on property investments and real estate sales. At that time, Matt also co-formed the real estate team that grew to be known as Powerhouse Partners, now known as Kliq Real Estate—one of the #1 real estate teams in the Southern San Fernando Valley. Kliq Real Estate consists of over a dozen seasoned full-time agents and two full-time skilled and experienced staff members.

In 1998, Matt launched his own small property management company to service a few of his personal rental properties. As word spread, several of his real estate clients asked him to manage their properties as well. What started as a small side venture has grown into Your Property Management Team Inc., a thriving, full-service property management company serving landlords and investors throughout the region.

Since his real estate start-up, Matt has personally brokered over 1,000 real estate property transactions representing approximately One Billion dollars in completed sales. He consistently ranks in the top 1% company-wide and is a Luxury Property Specialist.
