Here at Quest Property Management we are a family owned and operated full service Real Estate Brokerage. We have been managing properties on the Treasure Coast for over 20 years and are set up to keep most every need for our owners and tenants in house. From our management team to our maintenance team we are able to keep our prices low while providing more services. in addition to the day to day operation below is a list of policies that set us apart from the others.

• We complete two inspections per year of your home and send you reports with pictures. Others only promise one inspection per year.
• You will always have the direct number to your property manager and maintenance manager.
• At Quest Property Management we feel that if we can't collect rent on time we should not be rewarded by keeping any part of the late fee. All late fees go to the owner.
• We do not charge a lease renewal fee. We draw up renewal addendums at no charge.
• We do not charge a management fee while your home is vacant nor do we charge a management fee the 1st month of a lease where a commission was paid to secure a tenant.
• We have an in house maintenance team. This keeps your prices low.
• We charge a monthly management fee of 8% or $150 whichever is LESS. Our competitors charge 10%-12%. How much will that save you per month?
