Property Management Fees

• 8% Rental property management fee (% of rent collected)  or $85 flat fee depending on type and number of properties.
• No Administrative fee/rental property management account set-up fee.
• $295.00 leasing fee which includes listing the property, screening tenants and signing them to a lease.
• $50 lease renewal fee.
• $250.00 Leasing agent referral fee/commission (finding a qualified tenant)
• All Fees taken out of first months rent.  NO UP FRONT FEES.
