Sunshai Community Management is a boutique, full-service HOA management firm based in Minneapolis, proudly serving condominium, townhome, and single-family homeowner associations throughout the Twin Cities.

We were founded on a simple belief: communities deserve focused attention, clear communication, and financial integrity—not overextended managers and impersonal call centers.

Unlike traditional management companies that assign 9–10 or more communities per manager, Sunshai intentionally limits each Community Manager’s portfolio to no more than five associations. This allows us to deliver hands-on service, faster response times, and genuine partnership with every board we serve.
