We’re licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and specialize in tenant placement, full property management and responsive maintenance. Our Guarantees

• Service Guarantee: We will never lock you into a contract term, or charge a fee to leave our services! If you are not 100% pleased with our services for any reason you can cancel at no cost or penalty to you, with 30 day written notice. We earn our clients business every single month of our partnership.

• Leasing Guarantee: If we don't find a qualified tenant for your property within 30 days of it becoming vacant, we'll waive our first month of management fees. 

• Tenant Guarantee: If the tenant vacates the property within the first 6 months we will replace them with new tenants at no charge to you. (Only exception: Military Relocation Orders)

  • Late & Violation Fees: Keyrenter Richmond will retain 100% of the fees associated with posting notices & any action relating to Late & Violation fees.

• Maintenance Guarantee: If it isn't done right the first time, we'll get it right at no additional cost to you.

• Pet Guarantee: If we identify pet damages that exceed the security deposit we'll cover up to $1,000 of the additional charges.

  • Pet Rent: Keyrenter Richmond will retain 100% of the pet fees. In return, clients in this category will receive the benefit of the Pet Guarantee outlined above.

• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re unhappy with our service for any reason and decide to leave, we will gift you a $250.00 Visa Gift Card.
