NO MAINTENANCE MARKUPS: Brooks Realty Group does not add a markup on any regular maintenance. Most property managers add extra fees to do maintenance, SOME AS HIGH AS 30%. Brooks Realty Group never charges maintenance markups.
MID-MONTH DISTRIBUTIONS: At Brooks Realty Group, we understand that getting your money promptly is important. While many companies only pay their owners once a month—meaning a late rent payment could delay your income by several weeks—we do things differently. If a tenant pays rent late, we issue a second owner payment on the 20th of the month. This ensures you receive your funds as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays.
NO LEASE RENEWAL FEES: Other property management companies charge up to 50% to renew a lease on an existing tenant. Here at Brooks Realty Group we don’t charge you anything to renew a lease with an existing tenant.
NO VACANCY FEES: A Vacancy Fee is a fee a property manager charges the owner when a property is vacant. We believe that we are in it with our owners. If you aren't making money neither should we.
RENEWAL INSPECTIONS: Brooks Realty Group does a property inspection 100% of the time before renewing a lease with a tenant. This protects your property and helps to guarantee that we keep the best and move on the rest.
