The reality celebrity is planning on taking a $34,000 loss on the house that she purchased for $829,000 in 2006. What may seem like a dumb move might not be so seeing as the subdivision that her house sits in has a home appreciation value of -23.6 percent.
Sources say that Kardashian and Scott Disick need a bigger house after she gave birth to their son, Mason, late last year. Some sources say that Disick began to talk of needing a bigger home first. Now that Disick has landed his new job as VIP and nightlife marketing director at Biscayne restaurant and lounge in Miami, Fla., he may be able to add something to the pot for a bigger abode.
