Buying a home is a really exciting experience. You’re realizing the American Dream. You’re choosing a place where you can make a life for yourself. You’re investing in something that could be good for your future. With the sub-prime mortgage bust and the increase in home foreclosures that has taken place, banks are more hesitant than ever before to offer a home mortgage to someone.
